🚚 Shipping
- We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands . We don't currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, but we're working on it.
- We ship to all countries in the European Union (except Cyprus)

We work with Correos, Correos Express , and InPost (PUNTO PACK) for orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For other locations/countries, we also use Correos , Correos Express, InPost (for some countries), and additionally DHL, FedEx, and UPS (depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package).
Shipments to Collection Points (InPost)
If you have selected the option to send to an InPost Pack Point or Locker (collection point) , the procedure is as follows:

Choosing your pickup point: You can find your nearest pickup point using the official InPost Pickup Locator . Please provide the address or name of your chosen pickup point when we contact you to place your order. Alternatively, you can contact us directly, providing your name and order number.

Automatic assignment: If we do not receive your choice within 24 hours of contacting you, in order not to delay your delivery, the package will be sent to the InPost point closest to the shipping address you provided when making the purchase.

Collection times: Once your package arrives at its destination, you will receive a notification from InPost. Please note the storage times: learn more

Uncollected: If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to our facilities. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the handling and reshipping costs.

Preparation time is usually 6 hours to 3 business days (we try to dispatch orders within 24 hours or even less). Shipping costs are additional, and standard shipping is as follows:

Mainland Spain: [1–3 working days]

International EU: depending on the destination (and the courier company), it usually takes approximately [2-7 business days]. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days.

- For other faster shipping options, delivery times vary. You'll be able to see the option with its estimated delivery time at checkout , before paying for the items in your cart.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before you finalize your purchase, so you'll see them before paying. In mainland Spain, shipping typically starts at €4.95. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the package.
🎃 Free Shipping
To enjoy free shipping, the minimum purchase in the Peninsula is €65, and for the Balearic Islands it is €85 .
In countries within the European Union, we do not currently offer free shipping due to the high costs for small businesses. We hope to improve this in the future.
👉 We prepare your order with love (and a little bit of magic), but remember: couriers don't fly on broomsticks and they don't teleport (we wish!). Keep this in mind, especially on holidays. Remember to order in advance, just in case.

❌ Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed and/or shipped . Write to us within 6 hours at support@scriptarastudio.com so we can stop it in time.
Once an order is being prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you can exercise your right of return within 14 calendar days (see below), except for personalized products or personal hygiene/cosmetic items , which are non-returnable. You can cancel an order containing personal hygiene/cosmetic products within those 6 hours, as they will not have been shipped yet.
Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in perfect condition (unused, with its tags and in its original packaging).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was ours or the product arrived defective.

Write to support@scriptarastudio.com before returning the product, so we can give you instructions and ensure your package doesn't get lost in limbo.

No returns are accepted for personalized or custom-made items.

No returns are accepted for hygiene, cosmetic or personal care products.
- Gift cards and gift wrapping options are non-refundable.
(In short: what is unique, a service, custom-made or intimate, cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects or damage suffered during transport).
Many of our items are handcrafted, so they may have slight variations from the photographs or minor imperfections in the paint or modeling. These differences are inherent to the creation process and will not be considered defects for the purposes of exchanges or refunds.
