Shipping and Returns

🚚 Shipping Time

  • We ship to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, but we are working on it.

  • We ship to all countries in the European Union (except Cyprus)

  • We work with Correos and Correos Express for orders to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For other locations/countries, we also use Correos, Correos Express, InPost (for some countries), and additionally DHL, FedEx, and UPS (depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package).

  • Preparation time is usually 6 hours to 3 business days (we try to dispatch orders within 24 hours or even less). To this, you must add the shipping time, which for standard shipping is:

    • Peninsular Spain: [1–3 business days]

    • Balearic Islands: [1-5 business days]

    • International EU: depends on the destination (and the courier company), usually takes approximately [2-7 business days]. Sometimes it can extend up to 10 days.

  • For other faster shipments, times vary. You can see the option with estimated times in the cart checkout before paying for the items in your basket.

🧾 Shipping Costs

  • They are calculated automatically at checkout before completing the purchase, so you can see them before paying.

    📢 In Peninsular Spain they cost €4.95 and for the Balearic Islands, €7.50 (up to 5kg in weight). Shipping costs vary when exceeding 5kg, but you can always verify this during the purchase process before making payment.

  • 🔥 REDUCED SHIPPING: 
    In Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, we offer a reduced shipping cost for orders over €35, which is €3.95 if the order does not exceed 5kg (you can see this option in the cart).

  • 🎃 FREE SHIPPING
    To enjoy free shipping, the minimum purchase in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands is €65.

    In European Union countries, we do not currently offer free shipping due to high costs for small businesses. We hope to improve this in the future.

👉 We prepare your order with care (and a little magic), but remember: couriers don't fly on broomsticks or teleport (we wish). Keep this in mind, especially on special dates. Remember to order in advance just in case.

If the order is delayed or there is no movement of the package in the tracking number, please contact us at soporte@scriptarastudio.com


❌ Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed and/or shipped. Write to us within 6 hours at soporte@scriptarastudio.com so we can stop it in time.

Once the order is being prepared or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you can exercise your right of return within 14 calendar days (read more below), except in the case of personalized products or personal hygiene/cosmetic products, which are not eligible for return. You can cancel an order with personal hygiene/cosmetic products within that 6-hour window, as they will not have been shipped yet.


↩️ Returns and exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in perfect condition (unused, with its labels and seals, and in its original packaging).

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the error was ours or the product arrived defective.

  • Write to soporte@scriptarastudio.com before returning the product, so we can give you instructions and prevent your package from getting lost in limbo.

❌ Important:

  • Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items.

  • Returns are not accepted for hygiene, cosmetic, or personal care products.

  • Returns are not accepted for gift cards or the gift-wrapping option.

(In summary: unique, service, custom-made, or intimate items cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects or damage during transport).

Many of our items are handcrafted, so they may have slight variations from the photographs or minor imperfections in painting or modeling. These differences are inherent to the creative process and will not be considered defects for the purpose of exchanges or refunds.
