Where is the store located?

Scriptara Studio is based in Spain, but our online store ships to several countries.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other methods available at checkout. The payment gateway is completely secure and private.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes between 2 and 5 business days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For countries within the European Union, the wait time is typically around 5 to 10 business days. (These times do not include processing time, which can be 1 to 3 days if there are no customizations. We ship as quickly as possible.)

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). We also ship to the European Union (excluding France and Germany), although we are considering expanding to other parts of the world. If your region isn't available at checkout, please contact us to review customized options.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

Yes, you will receive a purchase confirmation by email. If you need an invoice with tax information, please write to 📩 info@scriptarastudio.com and we will send it to you.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Contact us at 📩 support@scriptarastudio.com to start the process.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we can prepare your order with special packaging. For a small extra, you can ensure your order is gift-ready and add text that we'll add to a card inside the packaging. When checking out, select the "Gift it" option.

Can I request that the price not appear on the package if it is a gift?

The invoice is sent by email, but for shipments outside of Spain, the value of the package must be declared, so it is impossible to hide the amount.

Can I customize any product?

You can only customize it if the product offers this option. In any case, you'll see it indicated on the product itself.

Do things come clean or ritualized?

By default, items are not ritualized, except for those that explicitly state this in the title or product description. Some products include a selector to request ritualization if desired.

Some objects, by their nature or preparation, already include a prior ritual of protection or consecration, and this is detailed in their description.

Are any special notes or details included with orders?

That's always the case!

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as you receive it, take photos of the condition of the package and the product, and we will find a solution (replacement or refund).

How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep the pieces away from moisture and store them in a dry place. Avoid applying perfumes and creams directly to them.

How should I care for my t-shirts and sweatshirts?

Always wash them inside out, using cold water and without bleach. Avoid the dryer and iron the garment inside out to protect the print.

How do I choose the right size?

You can see the sizes in the product images. You can measure yourself and decide which size you prefer.

Can I find Scriptara Studio at trade shows or events?

We announce our participation in fairs and alternative markets through our social media and blog.
