1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This document governs the terms and conditions for using the Website and purchasing products through it. By accessing or placing an order, the User accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

For the purposes of these Terms, the activity that Scriptara Studio carries out through the Website includes:

  • Online store selling esoteric products, stationery, fashion, jewelry, costume jewelry, and accessories. Includes spirituality and wellness items (tarot cards, candles, incense, oracle cards, minerals, books, figurines, and decorative items), as well as t-shirts, sweatshirts, badges, pins, and other accessories inspired by the studio's aesthetic.

These conditions apply to sales made within Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and to the rest of the European Union , with the exception of Cyprus. We do not currently ship to these excluded locations.

Scriptara Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect at the time the order is placed.


2. THE USER

Accessing, browsing and using the Website confers the status of User, and from that moment you accept all the Conditions established herein.

The User agrees to:

  • Use the Website only to make legally valid inquiries or purchases.

  • Do not make false or fraudulent purchases.

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information.

The User declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts through the Website.


3. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS

The User can purchase on the Website by following the online purchase procedure, selecting the desired products and completing the process with the “Pay now” button.

During the purchase, the User will be able to review and modify the order details before confirming the payment.

Once the order is placed, Scriptara Studio will send an email confirming its receipt. The user will then be notified when the order has been shipped.

The User agrees to receive the pro forma invoice electronically. A paper copy may be requested by writing to info@scriptarastudio.com . For commercial invoices, please contact the same email address.


4. AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If there is a stock shortage or any supply issues, Scriptara Studio will contact the User to offer a solution or issue a refund.


5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices shown on the Website are final, in euros (€), and include applicable taxes (VAT).

The Website has an automatic currency converter to facilitate the display of prices in the User's local currency, although all transactions are processed in euros (€) .

Scriptara Studio reserves the right to modify prices, items or promotions at any time, always respecting orders already confirmed.

Shipping costs

  • Spain: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €65.

  • Balearic Islands: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €85.

  • European Union: Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.

Deliveries are made through Correos, Correos Express, InPost, UPS, DHL and FedEx .

Shipments to Collection Points (InPost)

If you have selected the option to send to an InPost Pack Point or Locker (collection point) , the procedure is as follows:

  • Choosing your pickup point: You can find your nearest pickup point using the Official InPost Pickup Locator . Please provide the address or name of your chosen pickup point when you place your order and we contact you.

  • Automatic assignment: If we do not receive your choice within 24 hours , and in order not to delay your delivery, the package will be sent to the InPost point closest to the shipping address you provided when making the purchase.

  • Collection times: Once your package arrives at its destination, you will receive a notification from InPost. Please note the storage times: learn more

  • Uncollected: If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to our facilities. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the handling and reshipping costs.

The accepted payment methods are:

  • Visa , Mastercard , Maestro , and American Express debit or credit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

All methods available through Shopify Payments.

The Website uses a secure payment system (SSL) to ensure the confidentiality and security of payment data.


6. DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and several European Union countries, except Germany, France, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla .

Processing time is 6 hours to 3 business days. We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours.

The average delivery time is:

  • 1 to 3 business days for mainland Spain.
  • 1 to 5 business days for the Balearic Islands.
  • 2 to 7 business days for the rest of the European Union . In some cases, depending on the distance and dates, this time may be around 10 days.

Barring unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours or even less, with a maximum of 72 hours in exceptional cases, from the moment payment is verified and the purchase is finalized. Orders containing personalized or pre-ordered items may take longer. For these cases, please contact us through our contact channels.

In case of delay attributable to Scriptara Studio, the User will be informed, who may decide to continue with the purchase or cancel the order with a full refund.

If the order cannot be delivered due to the user's absence, the carrier will leave a notification or attempt delivery at another time. If the order is returned after several attempts, it will be considered cancelled and the amount will be refunded, minus shipping costs.

Delivery will be considered complete when the User or a third party designated by the User acquires physical possession of the products.


7. DATA MODIFICATION, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Before confirming the purchase, the User can review and modify the entered data. If an error is detected after completing the order, the User can contact support@scriptarastudio.com To request a correction, please note that orders begin shipping 6 hours after confirmation. Therefore, we ask that you inform us of any errors in the data within those 6 hours to ensure timely correction.

If the User wishes to modify or cancel an order, they must contact support@scriptarastudio.com as soon as possible.
We typically ship orders within a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 72 business hours, as previously specified. Therefore, we suggest that customers modify or cancel their orders within the first 6 hours to allow us to process the modification or cancellation in a timely manner.

If the order has already been shipped, you will have to wait to receive it and process the return if necessary, according to the following point and bearing the costs of said return.


8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with current European and Spanish regulations.

To request a refund, please contact support@scriptarastudio.com , indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Below you will find a PDF form that you can download and send to our email address, duly completed.

Products must be returned in their original condition , unused and with their complete packaging .

Once the returned product(s) have been received, Scriptara Studio will check their condition before issuing the refund.

  • If the merchandise is in perfect condition, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. This may take a few days depending on the payment method and your bank. If you have not received the refund within 14 calendar days, please contact us.

  • If the item(s) are not in the same condition as when they were delivered (for example, with signs of use, damage, lack of original packaging or accessories), the refund may be refused or reduced in proportion to the damage suffered.
    In such a case, the customer will be informed and offered the option of recovering the sent product, assuming the corresponding transport costs.
Products in poor condition

If the customer receives a product in poor condition or with visible damage, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs showing the damage and the original packaging to the email address: soporte@scriptarastudio.com

Scriptara Studio will verify the claim and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
If, after review, it is determined that the product had no defects or that the damage was caused after shipment , no refund will be issued , and the customer may choose to recover the product by assuming the shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: Handmade products may have slight variations or imperfections in color or finish. These characteristics are part of the creation process and are not considered defects or poor condition.

Exclusions from the right of return

No refunds will be accepted in the following cases, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007:

  • Customized products or products made according to the customer's specifications.

  • Personal hygiene, cosmetic, hygiene or intimate items, once unsealed or handled after delivery.

  • Products that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene , are not suitable for return after being unsealed.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
They don't have an expiration date.
In the event of permanent store closure or cessation of activity, the remaining amount on the card will be refunded to the customer.

If you don't know how much money is left on your gift card, you can check by sending an email to info@scriptarastudio.com .

Return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a shipping error, defective or damaged product , Scriptara Studio will assume the return and reshipping costs.

  • In all other cases (change of mind, customer error, etc.), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer .

The refund will be made using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product or verification of its shipment.

Guarantees

The products purchased have a legal guarantee of three years against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, in accordance with current regulations.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or mishandling, or alterations inherent to the materials due to their nature or craftsmanship.


9. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY

Scriptara Studio will not be responsible for:

  • Losses or damages not attributable to their actions.

  • Technical failures or service interruptions.

  • Delays resulting from transportation or force majeure.

  • Minimal differences in color, texture or finish of products, especially in natural materials or handcrafted items.


10. COMMUNICATIONS

The User agrees that most communications with Scriptara Studio will be made by electronic means (email or notices on the web).


11. PARTIAL NULLITY

If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid, the others will remain valid.


12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Sale are governed by Spanish law.
In case of conflict or disagreement, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante (Spain) , unless consumer regulations provide for another mandatory jurisdiction.


13. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

The User can direct their complaints to the email address support@scriptarastudio.com or to the postal address indicated at the beginning.

Scriptara Studio has official complaint forms available for consumers.

In case of conflict, the User may resort to the European online dispute resolution platform for consumer matters (EU Regulation 524/2013).
